Steps for usage
To bond TPO materials using hot melt glue film, the following steps are usually involved:
1. **Surface Preparation**: It's important to ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are clean and free of any dust, dirt, or contaminants. This helps to ensure a strong and reliable bond.
2. **Heating the Glue Film**: The hot melt adhesive film for car interior is typically activated by heat. Using a heat press or other heating equipment, the glue film is heated until it reaches the appropriate temperature for bonding.
3. **Application**: Once the glue film has been heated, it is placed between the TPO materials to be bonded. Pressure is applied to ensure that the adhesive makes full contact with the surfaces.
4. **Cooling and Curing**: After the adhesive has been applied and the materials have been bonded, the assembly is allowed to cool and cure. This helps to ensure a strong and durable bond between the TPO materials.
5. **Testing**: It's a good practice to test the bond strength of the assembly to ensure that it meets the required specifications and standards.

If water is dispersed into small droplets on clothing fabrics, backpacks, shoe upper, etc., and then slides down, it is usually because the fabrics used have been treated with water repellent, and at the same time the fabrics must have good air permeability and moisture permeability.
